9:00 AM — Experiential flight on the eVTOL EH216-S: The world's first passenger-carrying autonomous aircraft with commercial certification. Supervised panoramic flight. How air mobility will reshape land value and real estate development.

1:30 PM — Haixinsha Technology Island: China's first comprehensive spatial-intelligence exhibition center. Air-land-water ecosystem: drones/eVTOL, smart vehicles, robotics and integrated urban systems.

4:00 PM — Yongqingfang — Urban regeneration walk: Preserved historic Lingnan architecture with new commercial formats. The district's commercial value grew 50%. Heritage + profitability.

7:00 PM — Free dinner / free time: Free evening to explore Guangzhou.

Day 03 · Monday October 19 · Guangzhou / Foshan — Construction robotics + Micro housing + Canton Fair

7:30 AM — Bus departure to Shenzhen (~2h): Transfer to the technology heart of the Greater Bay Area.

Day 07 · Friday October 23 · Guangzhou — Canton Fair + Strategic wrap-up

7:30 AM — Bus departure to Guangzhou (~2h): Return to Guangzhou for the program's closing.

10:00 AM — Canton Fair — Full day: Closing commercial contacts, visits to pre-arranged suppliers and final evaluation of products and technologies.

5:00 PM — Diploma ceremony and debriefing: Delivery of participation diplomas, group reflection on key learnings and definition of next steps.

7:30 PM — Closing dinner: Program closing dinner. Group celebration and farewell.
